Are you an experienced leader with a strong factory automation background? We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee engineering and skilled trades teams across multiple projects for a respected OEM machine builder in the Holland area. This is a full-time, dynamic opportunity to drive success from concept to installation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from initial concept to final installation, managing the entire project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring critical milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Machine Designers, Controls Engineers, Robotic Programmers, CNC Programmers, and others to drive project success.
  • Address project challenges by coordinating efforts to expedite timing when necessary.
  • Manage the project budget and document all engineering changes.
  • Oversee logistics, including the shipment of final products to customer locations.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience leading technical project teams, with a focus on defining project scope, milestones, and costs.
  • Strong manufacturing background, particularly in process-driven and ISO-compliant environments.
  • Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing or machine automation setting.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of machine components is a plus.
  • Passion for continuous improvement in leadership and project management.
